Tests
Tests using Perma-Gel gelatin blocks
Tests are carried out using Perma-Gel synthetic gelatin blocks, as their density is similar to animal tissue density. This material is very flexible and closes upon impact; nevertheless, its transparency allows fixing a pneumatic shockwave effect at the moment of hit in video format. Also, comparison of monolithic and expanding slug impact effects can be obviously demonstrated, as well as splinter cone effects.
Testing Monolit 32 slugs on bushes
Tests of Monolit 28 and Monolit 32 slugs, carried out by shooting through bushes with various branch sizes, clearly demonstrate the unique resistance of the Monolit slug series against obstacles. During simulation of conditions close to driven hunting in heavily overgrown areas, very good accuracy results were achieved.
Testing on clay blocks
Hexolit 32 testing on clay blocks shows immediate impact of hydrodynamic shockwave.
